I talked to a gentleman named Gary and I believe he has resolved the matter. It wasn't really Tractor Supplies fault but the fault of PelPro. I WILL be going back to Tractor Supply.

Comment: I bought a PelPro PP130 Pellet stove from Tractor Supply in Rochester, NH. 1st I was told there was no delivery charge, & sure enough there was.

2nd the Mgr. or whoever he is was not very knowledgeable. Plus I have had nothing but issues with this Pellet stove when I brought it to this mans attention he basically shrugged his shoulders. I buy ALL my pellets and animal food there, We used to be treated a lot better.

Now I am stuck with a pellet stove that cost me over $1200.00 and doesn't work. Now I have to go buy another new one and take this one to the dump. I used to recommend Tractor Supply to everyone, but not anymore I tell them to stay clear.

You'll never get another dime out of me. I know this letter means NOTHING to you but sending it made me feel a tad better.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
