Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone to pay damn bill done called over 30 minutes and no one picked up nor called me back poor business then wanna charge outrageous fee if not paid by the 10th of the
No one picks up the phone. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes, and still no call back. Some people work away and can't make it to the store to make payments.

Web store does not support local store
Experience has been the web store lists products as not in local stock, offers to ship from distant stores with more shipping expense.
Web had $30 for noromectin, showed no availability. Store phone had 1 in stock.
Being close by that hour, we went to store without doing price shopping. Store in Livingston charged $49.99 for $30.05 bottle.
Wife said we buy it & forget the store exists. Ticket 302758, 13 October.

ATTEMPTING TO STRAIGHTEN OUT AN ORDER
STARTED ON SEPTEMBER 12,2025, SEVERAL PHONE CALLS ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE HEARTGARD THROUGH THEIR AUTOSHIP ON A PROMOTION. SEVERAL PHONE CALLS LATER AND STILL HAVE ONLY RECEIVED HALF OF THE ORDER. MY VET FAXED OVER APPROVAL BUT SOMEONE ON THEIR END DROPPED THE BALL.

Poor Tractor Supply Customer Service
My order was cancelled and a reason wasnt given why. Id like to know why but cant get ahold of a live agent.
Issues with neighbors club
My account and my wife's account have been merged. We both work at Tractor Supply.
Under my loyalty number my wife's name now appears. Our rewards are no longer showing up on our accounts. We both have Tractor Supply credit cards. I have been removed from the neighbor's club at least 5 times.
This issue has become unacceptable and I want a solution immediately! If I do not receive a reply by email or phone call within 3 days, I will turn to corporate leaders for a solution.

Being a customer since day, I believe it was not fair. I just wanted to buy one baby chick for my 3 yr old niece.
But no, the manager said no. I tried to make understand my niece asked me for a baby chick. Wow no heart at all, very cold. No you have to but 4.
I told her my is 3 she can't take care of 4. No, wow.

I was purchasing a bail of hay and said I hope it's not molded like the last one, when this mgr.said ,it is, what it is and left. On my way to my vehicle this mgr said quote (your hay is on the steps boy) when I explained to him that #1 I'm disabled and hurt please load my hay and #2 please don't call me boy, being African American it's used negatively,I was called boy apex 20 more times threatened with police and told don't ever bring my *** back in there

Looking to settle with the loss of 4920 birds do to decontaminated feed that was purchased in dover foxcroft Maine store if u need a idomize list of meat birds,laying hens,and upcoming laying hens that died from the feed and they took what feed I had left of the went good for the two bags I had they swapped out the feed but that does nothing for the birds I lost that was my living so I don't know what we can do to to resolve this loss even if met half way on over all loss of my flock

Arcadia fl. Store cashier megan said that corp.told them not to bring carts up to building any more.
It was up to cust to find one in the parking lot. 4 employies in store 3 cust.

I was purchasing dog food and treats went through the checkout line and was told that my card was declined so we tried again and it was declined again
She contacted the manager and his response in front of everyone behind me was well maybe your car still good or maybe you need a new card and you made a total big joke about my card which I had just used 15 minutes prior with no problem I left him now that I can go through self check out with no problem with the same card and he said you self check out so I did but was not granted given my 20% off on the dog food
Im very pissed about both things the way the manager spoke to me and not receiving the discount that I will deserve so I would appreciate a phone call 443-974-**** and I think you need to speak to your manager at the Westminster, Maryland TSC

I ordered an electric scooter for use, and it's saying it got delivered, but I never received it. Was this a scam?

The customer service at the tractor supply in Thomasville Georgia on u.s. highway 19 was terrible. The cashier was beyond rude and nasty. She needs to be over in the shovel and rake department!!!
That cashier has no good customer service skills. She needs to go back to chapter 1 and study the manual from fron to back.
