Poor customer service

I applied for a Tractor Supply credit card on the promise I would receive a $ 50.00 gift certificate. It never came.

I was told it would be in the form of an email. Never arrived. arrived no credit.

I called customer service and the ping pong game began. After 20 torturous minutes with AI I was finally transferred to someone who barely spoke English, ping.

After speaking to her she told me I was to be transferred, pong to another department. The new rep told me it was the stores fault and to talk to them, ping. When I called her on bouncing me around she did look into my account and the credit was there, pong. When I hung up and set up my account I found there was only a $ 20.00 credit, ping.

This credit was from previous purchases, not the original promised. I am done playing games.

It took another torturous minutes to get to a real person to cancel me credit card. Tractor Supplys AI exceeds all others in difficulty!

I have used my credit, paid my credit card bill and canceled the card.

I no longer wish to put any time or effort into pursing any type of relationship with Tractor Supply. I am so tired of the lies from corporations and the ping pong game of back and forth to the consumer.

LOL....You took so much "tortuous" time out of your so-called life for $50.00 and then were stupid enough to cancel a credit card just like that? Come back next month and let us know by how much your credit score dropped.

My 10 baby chicks are sick and 4 of them was dead.

The day they arrived was raining a lot the mail carrier drop off them think so early, but the problem was I received the notification late because I got home fast and 4 of them were dead and the other 6 are sick I am trying to save them now, also the order was different from I already ordered but still loved it they so cute and beautiful

This woman at carver tractor supply was exceptionally helpful extremely nice. My wife passed away few days ago . I believe she could tell I was nervous. It was my first time out of my house. I was looking for solar lights to put on my wifes grave not only did she help me pick out two beautiful ones she also noticed there was different colored lights. It was around 6 oclock Saturday night Maple for Thanksgiving. I just had to write this about her.

New management

They sent me a a cracked 40gal Aux Gas tank and now theyre telling me the only way to get my money back is to send the product back which is against the law because it has gasoline still in it thats not possible to pour out because how its setup. And I have already contacted ups and they said they will not even pick up the order if it has a strong smell of gas which it very much does.

And I cant bring it into a store because I dont live near one and I have a small car that it wont even fit into plus again its still pouring out gas and I cant get it to stop. Your customer service has been zero help and I actually told me to leave it on the porch for ups telling them to not turn it on its side or itll leak gasoline like seriously?

I have product a lot from tractor supply but I will be purchasing everything from somewhere else from this point on if I still cant get a resolution for this. Order Number: 114342****

Poor customer service

Elderly gentleman. For over 2 years first week ever month go in buy 50lbs cracked corn. On the first of March go in tell woman at counter need 50lb cracked corn. No one here go get it yourself. Get cart go to back where corn is. Look in back several men in there walking around. Load corn go up front, tell woman up front people in back not working yet. She had to load my corn couple months ago got nothing but attitude and had to help load corn

I ordered a pair of rubber boots from TSC to be delivered to a local store...the tracking showed the item to be delivered to the store...never got an email saying it was ready for pickup so I called the store. They claim the package never arrived, although there was a FEDEX proof of delivery showing AHenderson signed for the package at the Mansfield store! On top of that, they had the nerve to charge my card. No response from the Tn location from where the package was shipped. NO more TSC online orders for me!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Well, they said they were going to refund us but we haven’t seen it on our credit card statement so I don’t know I might have to call them again

Poor knowledge of employees and wrong information

I went to the Laplace La. Store want to purchase a Massimo T Boss 550 UTV.

It was 10000 dollars on sale for 9450 dollars. A sign there said 198 dollars for 48 months. I spoke to the cashier he was puzzled went to service desk she was puzzled. Then a manager came and said that's if you have a Tractor supply credit card.

I usually buy cash there. I took a hard inquiry on my credit report and was approved in 15 seconds. Iy came up 4500 credit limit I said what will I do with the other 5000. I said you said I would get the advertises note by UTV.

He said we'll give cash or another card. I said then I would have 2 notes. He said I understand cancel transaction on TSC credit card and use the other one. I said forget it these people all gave false information.

I never would have took a hit on my credit for a useless card. Extremely poor service.

What don’t you understand? The credit limit you got approved for by the bank wasn’t for the amount you wanted to purchase.

The $198/month for 48 months doesn’t apply to you now. That is not TS’s fault.

The tsc in Meadville never posted information about a recall on PAWS AND CLAWS cat food for salmonella. They were very apologetic and opened up a case for me because I have lost 2 kittens in 2 days. Very helpful.
