Tractor supply sold me an extended warranty for $400 when I purchased the Elite 60 Bad Boy Mower. At the time of the sale all I heard was how great the extended warranty would be, and all the benefits that would be offered with it.

In fact, there are more twists and turns in this warranty than you could imagine. I was told I would get 10% back on all parts I purchased for this mower, but they fail to tell you that the parts have to be bought from TSC!! I compared prices on several parts that I could purchase online against the prices at TSC. You guessed it, TSC is several dollars higher on most of the items, so that part of the POWER PLUS WARRANTY is a waste of good money!!!

I haven't had the chance to use any of the other parts of this warranty, but have had contact with the people at Power Plus,, and they are very rude, don't care about your problem, poorly trained personnel, and don't give a hoot about your situation.

So if you purchased the warranty, good luck, if you are just trying to get an idea of the quality of the warranty, RUN and save your hard earned money. You will save yourself a lot of stress!!!

ALL TRUE! I also bought the Power Plus extended warranty and when I had to use it three weeks after the purchase, I was kept on hold for 30 minutes before an English speaking challenged representative finally answered.

Promised to email me a return shipping label within 2 hours... 6 hours later, no email so called again and went through the same procedure... promised I'd have the shipping label via email within 2 hours... one day later, still no email or shipping label...

Went to Tractor Supply and had them call.. this time I'm told it takes two days to send an email!! Ridiculous...

Don't buy the Power Plus extended warranty coverage... it's a scam!

Folks, save your hard earned money and get your machine fixed yourself. do not buy Tractor Supply power plus Warranty , it is worthless.

I have been broke down for 3 weeks and it still sits in the garage. every day I call them and they have someone lined up.

when you call the repair shop , they have not been contacted, so your back to square 1. all you get is frustration and no satisfaction.Save your self the aggravation.But I have the warranty, and they are going to fix it.

I was able to force them to give me a refund on the warranty and I have taken my equipment to others for repair. I no longer have to deal with them, and that is just fine with me.
