I purchased a seasonally candle yesterday (cinnamon roll) at 7130 fruitville rd sarasota store #2208. I took it home and lit it up for about an hour.
there was no scent whatsoever. I called the store and spoke to Meagan a shift manager about it. She told me I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURES. which I don't understand.
She told me because I lit the candle they could not help me. I tried to explain it's like buying a bag a feed taking it home and opening the bag to find it all moldy. That Tractor supply would take the bag and return it to your supplier and GET CREDIT.
I have been going to tractor supply since this store opened and never ask to return anything but this is not right.
This company can take the candle back and send it back to your vendor and get credit............. I need help on this matter.
