Countless communications and time were shared with TSC with countless commitments from TSC to reply & resolve the breaches of commitments made by previous TSC staff as well as commitments to provide refund/credit for the initial product purchase. These commitments were breached as well by having the manufacturer contact us. Unprofessional behavior was expressed to us even more with additional commitments to issue a gift card yet deceptive, corrupt, and false commitments followed. After nearly a dozen prior communications, Dec 2nd, 2022 TSC CS shared management investigated the concerns while we were on hold the 45 minutes and were too busy to speak regarding the topics leaving the CS rep again in the same commitment that management would call back to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
The CS rep was aware that this commitment had been breached every time the commitment had been made and agreed this was not being handled correctly by management. Multiple false & misleading commitments by TSC have caused us to publicize their behavior in an effort to inform how the core of the company's leadership communicates to customers from behind the front line. We admit the frontline CS is pleasant to address but they admit they have limited resources due to their position below leadership. While we have done years of shopping with TSC and experienced a number of over-charges & defective merchandise; we accepted refunds in the form of gift cards to address the multiple TSC retail merchandise concerns even if they were unequal to the concern.
Having been told by multiple TSC representatives that they would issue us gift cards to compensate for the product concerns, yet not doing so and having TSC leadership tell CS Dec 2nd not to honor their prior commitments due to us leaving a negative product review, we are sharing with you TSC behavior is opposite companies like Amazon who build a platform of customer review experience. TSC prefers to punish you with countless hours of communication and failed promises.
BTW, our experience has extensive documented evidence of what we are reporting in the message. We hope to show that TSC is wrong when they believe customers have few resources to educate other shoppers on how deceptive TSC can be.

Employee harrassment
Preferred solution: The manager fired, my 8 chicks and an apology in writing! TSC has lost two customers so far, a cart that was to be loaded down and I will spend every opportunity telling this story!

Bad Customer service with employees
I Do understand the people I was with werent exactly quiet but one of the employees rudely approached me when I wasnt saying or doing anything wrong but looking for stuff for my car and trying to get dog food then I walk around the corner to her coming at me with attitude and loud voice trying to ask me to leave when I wasnt doing anything. Then we went to checking out and her and the cashier had us waiting a while before checking out didnt get to find what I was looking for because I didnt want to deal with the rudeness will never come back to the Richlands location ever again I will drive 30 minutes out of the way from now on.

I ordered a salt spreader in the beginning of October that had a delivery date of the first week of November. It never showed.
I have been contacting TSC every week for them to tell me that the manufacturer was waiting on parts. Then to tell me I was second in line because they received the parts. Just to tell me again that the manufacture was out of parts and I wouldnt even get it in for another 3 to 4 weeks.
It is not OK that Ive had to call every week because tsc has failed to follow up with their customers. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will never order anything off-line from their site again.
