Truly evil people I sued them because they would not refund my money for the first stove! I had to get a loan to have heat .
That made 3 professional installations. the first stove I bought from them had awesome review! I learn later they are fake when I tried to leave a review only review they left on after trying several ways, it had to be a perfect review!!!!! I have copies of my reviews they would not alow!!!
I sued them for the stove refund and the first installation, due to perfect reviews I had my chimney altered !! on the inside! can't even repair it discontinued bricks from the early 70's the installation for that stove was more than the stove! I had a winter of frozen pipes scared to death my house was going to burn down because I had to run space heaters and my oven.
spring time they gave me the discontinued stove with the missing parts all winter again But Tractor supply in hindsdale would not even speak to me. Jared from the legal department of tractor supply Caution if you speak to him he is a lier he said they would not refund my money for the stove but they would give me $1300 I spoke with the attorney generals office as I was working with them, They advised me to get it in writing, I ask Jared for it , It took 3 days and It was for $1000 his reason was the stove company sent me a check for 300. That was Nov 2018 It's still in the mail as well as the missing parts to the stove. So I was advised to take them to small claims.
They refused to co-operate through the entire time It took them 4 months after the court order to pay to come up with a reason they don't have to pay!!! Even the court did not see there was a mistake.
what *** these people are It probably cost them more to figure out how not to pay me. They owe me they know it!

Verified ReviewerResolved: Do not do business with TSC Cleburne Texas
Full refund, Manage very apologetic and professional.
Troy my husband is hard of hearing. Very possible he misunderstood what Troy, store manager said about what he did before he retired. The cashier however acted immaturely.
Troy, manager of TSC Cleburne has resolved the problem in a very professional manner, today. All issues have been resolved.
While loading the dog houses, the young man was very helpful & suggested we may do better to purchase the larger house for $169, so we exchanged for the larger tkt#836005. At home we realized the $89 house was defective. The quality of both were inferior to our expectations. Comes 11/11/2019, we returned both houses to TSC.
First the cashier refunded my husband $97.41 ref tkt. #614100, She got angry when Troy questioned this amount. A mngr? Talked w/Troy decided we should get add’l refund $43.30 tkt.#836005, we were pd.
Cash in this amnt. We tried to explain we were due an add’l $129.99 plus tax as we returned both houses totaling $259.98. Then they said they had issued a credit to our bank for $129.99, which does not show in our bank account although the original $289.88 chg. Is there.
And the charge to my credit card was charged, although they did refund that amnt.$43.30 in cash. The cashier (very angry) approached us saying we were wrong. Finally I told her if we were issued the credit of $129.00, that I wanted to apologize to her. She would not accept my apology.
When the mngr. first talked to Troy he was very condescending. He asked Troy, what did you do before you retired? “ A Banker”?
Troy said “No, I was owner of a successful const. co. I employed 100+ and I owned a ranch. We are both in our 70’s, but we are still intelligent.
We don’t appreciate being talked down to. Troy has dealt w/TSC for many years, we have no intention of ever shopping there again.
Additionally, all this took place in the front of the store, bringing attention from everyone present. If we do not receive refund balance and a proper apology from the young woman and man, I will contact the Better Business Bureau in the near future.

- Hostile and condescending employees
Preferred solution: Full refund

The sad fact is, that most employees of large stores know little, if anything of the products the store sells and have no experience in actually doing work anywhere with tools, etc., much less using common sense. Gotta go to a local hardware store.
