Wrongful termination
A young and vibrant woman who has worked at the Shelburne road, Shelburne, Vermont for the past 2 years has been wrongfully terminated! For the past year she has been acting as manager. She and one other manager have been the only two managing this store. One manager there per day, maybe two cashiers and maybe some lazy guys hanging around in the back warehouse.
According to Tractor supplies' rules of how many employees are supposed to be on the job on a daily basis is twelve. This young woman has been working well over 65 hours per week, working doubles, coming in on her days off, working consistently with disgruntled customers, iterate customers angry and happy customers, was fired today. Being blamed for another employees behavior of stealing. Apparently, upper management caught this person on video several times, but to no avail did anything about it. Don't know why, exactly, did they wait for so long to catch this fool, but I suspect they would've gotten in trouble themselves as to not catch this guy earlier. I suspect they themselves weren't doing their own responsibilities as far as monitoring goes of store employees. So this woman is accused of not being responsible for this thief of an employee. Say, WHAT!??? With just herself and one other person working, she's supposed to babysit the other people working the floor? Which is on a normal basis, 2 people. What kind of company treats their employees this way? Why would they allow this young woman work like a dog and loving her job be fired for someone else's *** Should she babysit or help the customers and get them on their happy way?
Who does that *** *** anyways? Tractor Supply does, that's who? If I still practiced law or well, even an employee of tractor supply, I'd picket their store. The *** people will do to save their own lazy *** I hope your proud of yourself for being selfish and irresponsible for your own mistake. You should have been minoring, you shouldve made sure there were enough people employed at this store, don't know what the you were doing besides the job you were hired to do, but you shouldve took the hit. What a terrible ace to be employed, and just think,,,she tried to get me to work there! Ha, really? I'll continue to be retired and raise horses, thanks. You all should be ashamed of yourselves

They processed it as a return which meant in essence that they returned the order that had not been processed or shipped ...then they processed the order and shipped the order by UPS ... then notified UPS after my order got to within 30 minutes of me (I am about 8 hrs driving straight thru with no stops from Texas in mid US) to return it to Texas ...It has been returned (according to the tracking number) and the charge is still pending ... Are you as confused as I am?
