Wrongful termination

A young and vibrant woman who has worked at the Shelburne road, Shelburne, Vermont for the past 2 years has been wrongfully terminated! For the past year she has been acting as manager. She and one other manager have been the only two managing this store. One manager there per day, maybe two cashiers and maybe some lazy guys hanging around in the back warehouse.

According to Tractor supplies' rules of how many employees are supposed to be on the job on a daily basis is twelve. This young woman has been working well over 65 hours per week, working doubles, coming in on her days off, working consistently with disgruntled customers, iterate customers angry and happy customers, was fired today. Being blamed for another employees behavior of stealing. Apparently, upper management caught this person on video several times, but to no avail did anything about it. Don't know why, exactly, did they wait for so long to catch this fool, but I suspect they would've gotten in trouble themselves as to not catch this guy earlier. I suspect they themselves weren't doing their own responsibilities as far as monitoring goes of store employees. So this woman is accused of not being responsible for this thief of an employee. Say, WHAT!??? With just herself and one other person working, she's supposed to babysit the other people working the floor? Which is on a normal basis, 2 people. What kind of company treats their employees this way? Why would they allow this young woman work like a dog and loving her job be fired for someone else's *** Should she babysit or help the customers and get them on their happy way?

Who does that *** *** anyways? Tractor Supply does, that's who? If I still practiced law or well, even an employee of tractor supply, I'd picket their store. The *** people will do to save their own lazy *** I hope your proud of yourself for being selfish and irresponsible for your own mistake. You should have been minoring, you shouldve made sure there were enough people employed at this store, don't know what the you were doing besides the job you were hired to do, but you shouldve took the hit. What a terrible ace to be employed, and just think,,,she tried to get me to work there! Ha, really? I'll continue to be retired and raise horses, thanks. You all should be ashamed of yourselves

There were 3 stands each stand had 10 little slats and 35 out of 40 chicks had poopy butt bulging on their back side, that can kill a chick in minutes to hours to a day I told 3 of the employees, and they said they would fix it. I was there for an hour and didn't see anyone go near those chicks! They are in humane they shouldn't be allowed to sell chicks or have a chicken tender

They processed it as a return which meant in essence that they returned the order that had not been processed or shipped ...then they processed the order and shipped the order by UPS ... then notified UPS after my order got to within 30 minutes of me (I am about 8 hrs driving straight thru with no stops from Texas in mid US) to return it to Texas ...It has been returned (according to the tracking number) and the charge is still pending ... Are you as confused as I am?

I ordered on 1 Feb still pending on 18 Feb and am not keeping updated as to what the problem is, and they won't let me cancel the order either. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Because every time I go there they have no normal sizes they think everybody is overweight

I go there all the time. I Spend a lot of money there a lot. But they think everybody is big and tall I spent about $2800 every summer for work clothes there. every time I go into that 1 in Richland they have no normal sizes at all. They think everybody is 3X/2X It's ridiculous. I believe in Spending my money in an area where I live so sick and tired of half to go 20/30 miles either way because they have no normal sizes there at all. If this is the case I'll take my money elsewhere I just about had it especially with what I spend there throughout the year

This is a demand and supply issue. There is greater demand for large (L, LG) and extra large (XL). Both sizes sell quickly and take longer to replenish.

I placed an order on tractor.com the delivery was supposed to be made on Friday between 10 AM and 2 PM never received a call that the order wasnt shipped yet hired movers to relocate it to my second floor just disappointed when you schedule something with a window and youre not able to meet that timeframe someone should call instead of having movers waiting

Bought an ornamental windmill for son and wife for Christmas. They put it up first of March, and basically it blew apart in the wind the first weekend. Called store and they would not honor sale after 30 days.

Tractor Supply Company does not accept items for returns after 30 days of purchase. If an item broke past 30 days after purchase, you would need to contact the item's manufacturer.

Want you to put sale item in cart and have to see sale price

Put generac 3200 psi pressure washer list -$499 in cart to see sale price. After in cart you still do not see price and have to enter purchase to see price. If you can't show price before purchase I'm not going to bother with Tractor Supply and look to Home Depot or Lowes for a price and purchase.

Very Angry Customer

I placed an online order, with only two of the items to be shipped to the store for me to pick up. I received a text to go and pick up the other items. I drove almost 12 miles to pick up ONE $1.70 can of dog food. Im told the other items were canceled due to inventory. I called customer service only to be told I would have to call the store to cancel the remainder of the order, he couldnt do it. I am so angry right now!! I do NOT recommend this company AND I will purchase my items somewhere else!

Second day in a row I went to the Breckenridge Tx location closed

Two days in a row I drove 15 miles to get feed and supplies for my farm and the store was closed the roads are clear power is on but this store decides to ignore a parking lot full of trucks trying to get supplies for their ranches. In small towns we rely on this store to get supplies. After today I and a large amount of our community will take our business elsewhere and order from a online company or the small farm supply store we have on the other side of town.I just find it amazing all other businesses are open . Goodbye tractor supply you won't last long in this town after today.

Unable to contact via phone

My issue does not fit neatly into any of the Tractor Supply automated responses and I cant get hold of a human who can answer it. An automated only system will not work for everything. System hangs up if you dont give a valid response and cant get to a live person. Horrible customer service since its obvious they dont want to hear from you!

If the item is defective and you return it with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, a Tractor Supply Company store location should be able to return it for you.
