I have a credit score o et 700 .I originally made a error on intal applications was approved. Went back to fix error. Which I accidentally put a W at the end of my first name. I called to get fixed and I was bomb parted with Walmart gift card give away. Didn't understand 1 word of his jabbering .only words I understood was 14 days. I asked politely telling him I don't want the gift card. Asking about information on credit card for tractor supply. There wad some with he hung up.

I bought a Lifetime Kayak, it should be NEW, wrapped in plastic! I waited 17 days for it, the last 4 days, the delivery company failed to show up! When I called, they'd claim another excuse! I finally demanded it, on Thursday and what I received are in the photos below: Well, I called their customer service, in shock, and they were supposed to exchange it, but today, I got a notice saying they cancelled my order instead! I'm livid! Not only that, but I DESERVE MY ITEM and at the $149 sale price, they can deliver it to their Antelope store. They better NEVER send me another, DAMAGED USED KAYAK!

Know one is answering the phone. I got my overall in but wrong size. It's supposed to be med short waist is 38-40. What they sent was med short waist is 34-36. To small.

I was in your store today . Tasha was on the register very rude not only to me but to a customer on the phone also. I also believe that someone needs to tell her how to dress when she is in Customer service. Her shorts she had on certainly did NOT cover much. Actually she should be working in the back stocking not with the public. If I do go back in the store and she is on a register I will turn around and leave. No one should have to deal with someone so disrespectful when they are at a store spending money and paying her wage. Regina was very helpful and polite.

after 14 days of tractor supply not being able to fulfill my online order, they had agreed to cancel my order and initiate a refund. They even sent me an email confirmation of this which I printed out. After all that they put me though, multiple requests to cancel the order for a refund in full FOR AN ITEM NOT IN STOCK, they attempted yet again to take the $ from my bank account, AGAIN, and I just got back from my bank to get this straightened out.

2 trips for one order. Half at a time

I placed an order for two pairs of boots. Got texts that one pair was in. I called the store and asked if they could hold them for me until the other pair got there, and I was told no, that they could only hold on to them for 48 hours, and then they send them back. I have to make 2 trips for one order. With the cost of fuel and a total of 6 hrs drive time for me. I will not be doing that again.

It takes 1,000 points to earn a $10 reward to use on a future transaction. Points from a transaction takes two weeks to become available.
