Poor reliability on supply

Ordered curbside horse feed and was charged complete amount for order but shorted 2 out of 3 bags of Senior feed. Store says they do not have it. Problems with getting feed here in the Beaumont Texas location. Last week they were out of Proforce Fuel. This week only had two bags and not listed as available online. This store is undergoing construction and remodeling BUT that is the fallback excuse for EVERYTHING. Completely unreliable and employees show complete lack of concern. Manager couldnt be reached - in store but UNAVAILABLE. I have used Tractor Supply for many years here in Beaumont and in Cedar Park near Austin. This is a very poorly run store.

The store manager was extremely rude and needs to know she represents the company at all times. She is very Unprofessional and my family and I will never go to the store in Elk City, Oklahoma again.

My boots fall apart

I'm on a fixed income and i payed$80.OO bucks for a pair of boots that I thought would last me a long time, but the stitches come out, and they wouldn't give me a new pair after 8 months I am a good customer but not no more I'm never going back there.i.ll shop somewhere eepalyplayls.

I doubt Tractor Supply Company could take action on those boots. Tractor Supply has a 30 day window to return merchandise from the date of purchase.

If the boots failed after 30 days, the manufacturer should handle the issue. Have you contacted the manufactuer?

I made a mistake when ordering online. I thought I changed my shipping address on all that I ordered but I hadn't so I called to change it to ship to one address. When I 1st placed the order with all items together my total was $115.When she did it seperately my total then came to $133. I called to see why and she said because I was charged shipping on both orders. I said when they were shipping together it was free shipping. Now they are charging me shipping. I also asked about my $20 rewards about getting them back. She told me I already used them and I can't get them back.So basically they got a free $20. This company is ridiculous!!!!ever order onlineN

Waiting on dog food

I paid online for dog food. The charge went through my account and the store claims they have no record and refuse to give the purchased dog food even with proof. They also refused to help in any way and I had to call customer service over the phone. So now I will have paid twice and had to enter the store to purchase the food. We have not been walking I to store due to Covid. Also after being extremely nice to the girl at the store and telling her it wasnt her fault. She sent in an email referring to me as a pissed customer. If I wasnt before I am now.

I used to spend 5 to 7 thousand dollars a year at your store.In the past 2 years maybe less than a 1000.00 you guys have a bad problem with management and hiring people not qualified to do the job.

I waited an hour to get a 200lb protein tub loaded in my truck while 3 employees who couldn't drive a tow motor watched.They finally called yhe manager 30 minutes away to come and load it.This was a joke.People should be trained when they are hired and one employee had been there for 2 years.this is just one issue.But upper management should know what has driven good customers like me away.Also less than 5 miles away I can get cattle feed 5dollars a sack cheaper you do the math and what would you do.stay away from the

Employment

I had received multiple phone calls for employment at the New Symerna location. I was told the interview was a formality and I needed to come in to start paperwork. Upon arriving I met with the store manager whom I had been speaking with. She asked Where I see myself in the company, I explained I was willing to Start at the bottom and work my way up so that I can learn every position. I am looking for a company I can grow. At that point she ended the interview and told me If you are not hired we will keep your application on file I dont know if she felt threatened which was never my intention.

I tried to purchase a heater and your store says they don't carry it and won't order it

Went in to purchase a hm140t-Kia and the person I spoke with said we dont carry them and I asked why because its in your flyer and they said they get to choose what comes to the store to sell . Ive done business with tsc for over 40 years and never been turned away and told to buy somewhere else but the employees were very rude customer service really is bad in my opinion but I know its a sign they dont care so maybe your business will fail I am purchasing 1 today from your competitor thanks you again for making me realize there are places that like money to pay bills
