I have had the Tractor Supply Company Credit Card since December for a major purchase. I have always paid well over the minimum, and NEVER had a late payment.

TSC credit cards have caused me to incur over $100 in fees-SINCE DECEMBER.

TSC credit cards will force double payments even though payment has already been taken. They do not claim responsibility for any payments SET UP online, or PROCESSED online, yet they control the debit (multiple debits in one billing cycle) of the payment account and frequency.

I feel utterly cheated.

Not only are their payment practices questionable, but when confronted with any questions over the phone, no one takes responsibility or LISTENS to the consumer. With only a bit to pay off on the card, I will be closing and NEVER using this card again because of the headaches and lack of service that I have been shown.

Monetary Loss: $100.

I work at TSC and know for a fact that they will bend over backwards and break their own neck to make anything like this happening right again. as employees for the company are empowered to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

you most certainly didn't try very hard to get this resolved or the main/head office would have done so that very day that this happened. I know this for a fact. if you are still out even 100$ even if it was 2016 then contact them at the head TSC office in Tennessee and they will be glad to reimburse you what you are out plus some. either by way of a TSC gift card or reimburse it to you onto a different card as long as you also have the paperwork showing you made your payment etc etc.

just be sure not to take advantage of the company.

Tractor supply is BAD business! I had a tractor supply card and paid faithfully EVERY month.

Got fed up with the interest (after a $65 payment each month only a couple of dollars came off- rest went to interest). I decided to pay them off and called in to pay the final payment of $1936 or so. I was told SEVERAL times that I was completely paid up. NO future charges or fees pending and that I was in the clear to close my account.

Just received an email 3 months after closing saying there's a balance on the account. Called and was told that they were charging me an additional $96. $65 for a "late fee". And an additional $31 for whatever.

They were so kind as to waive the $31 but I still have to pay the $65. So they make a mistake and I have to pay for it????

Seriously BAD business! I will NEVER own another one of their cards!!!!!

This is so untrue. First of all TSC does not manage the credit accounts.

Citi group manages them. And "forced double payments"?? What does that even mean? You stiff have to pay service charges even if it is "interest free".

Read the credit agreement. Don't blame someone else because you didn't take the time to understand a credit card program.
